Kay McGrath welcomes VIPs to Fairway Carindale’s first event

More than 100 guests attended Pacific Golf Club recently for Fairway Carindale’s first VIP Information Evening hosted by Kay McGrath.

The Fairway Carindale team was delighted to welcome more than 100 guests to the first ever VIP Information Evening presented by Reside Communities at Pacific Golf Club.

The Clubhouse was busy with attendees eager to learn more about Fairway Carindale, a unique new retirement community located alongside the golf club’s manicured fairways.

Award-winning journalist and news presenter, Kay McGrath, hosted the event which included an exclusive premiere screening of videos showcasing Fairway’s magnificent penthouse collection.

The expert panel included Reside Communities CEO, Glen Brown; Pacific Golf Club President, Rob Downey; ThinkTank Architects Director, Michael Jullyan; Five Good Friends CEO, Simon Lockyer; and Reside Communities Group Operations Manager, Craig Syphers.

Canapes and refreshments were served while guests listened to the panel’s industry insights and discovered more about the luxurious penthouses which will enjoy scenic views across the golf course and beyond.

Many guests decided to confirm priority appointments with the Fairway sales team, giving them with an opportunity to secure their preferred apartment. At the end of the event all attendees received a Fairway Carindale goodie bag.
