It’s a very exciting time for our future residents of Fairway Carindale with piling and civil works ramping up onsite this month.
Big things are happening at Fairway Carindale, with piling and civil works ramping up onsite to allow construction to begin on the new Clubhouse basement.
The highly anticipated first stage, which is already more than 80 per cent sold, includes the first apartments and new Pacific Golf Club facilities including a new state-of-the-art Clubhouse with restaurant, café and bar, a putt-putt course, golf simulator, new practice facilities, upgrades to the Par 3 course, a new driving range and improved parking.
Despite recent rain, construction is full steam ahead with ancillary structures now cleared. Major service relocations are also continuing to ensure the existing clubhouse remains optional throughout the construction period.
