Big construction milestones have been achieved at Fairway Carindale in the past month with the demolition of ancillary buildings onsite now complete. As construction gains momentum, civil works and piling are now progressing at a rapid rate.
Piling is also progressing well along the existing Clubhouse for the new basement while excavation for the future Fairway retirement village basement is well underway.
To ensure the existing Clubhouse remains operational throughout the construction period, major service relocations are taking place.
The highly anticipated first stage, which is already more than 80 per cent sold, includes the first two buildings and new Pacific Golf Club facilities including a state-of-the-art Clubhouse with restaurant, café and bar, a putt-putt course, golf simulator, new practice facilities, upgrades to the Par 3 course, a new driving range and improved parking.
