Fairway is full steam ahead
It’s onwards and upwards at Fairway Carindale as construction moves full steam ahead, building the foundations of the community’s new state-of-the-art clubhouse.
Future Fairway residents are eagerly watching the site transform before their very eyes, as the foundations are now laid, the columns prepared and poured, and external block work now progressing.
In a construction milestone, excavation works and piling have now been completed on levels B4 and B3, with the final few piles for B2 to be completed in the coming weeks. All external services are currently being connected and installed.
Once complete, Fairway Carindale will feature a total of 191 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including the opulent penthouse collection, overlooking more than 50 hectares of green open space.
Luxury kitchens, open plan living, stunning views, high quality finishes and generous storage are all standard while some apartments will also feature large wrap-around balconies, a butler’s pantry, media room and study.
