Fairway gets ready for greenery
Fairway Carindale’s collection of luxury apartments, including penthouse and sub-penthouse residences, are progressing to form.
Placement of the apartments, thoughtfully oriented to maximise the expansive views, are becoming clearer as works on the luxury community’s water tank is now completed.
Holding 30,000 Litres, the environmentally friendly addition to Fairway Carindale will hold rainwater to cater to the ongoing fertilisation of surrounding green spaces.
Major service relocations are also continuing to take place, so the existing Clubhouse remains operational while ongoing developmental works shape the residences and community spaces.
Once complete, Fairway Carindale will feature a total of 191 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including the opulent penthouse collection, overlooking more than 50 hectares of green open space.
Luxury kitchens, open plan living, stunning views, high quality finishes and generous storage are all standard while some apartments will also feature large wrap-around balconies, a butler’s pantry, media room and study.
