Fairway’s luxury lifestyle starts to take shape
Reside Communities’ vision of creating one of Brisbane’s most exclusive golf side retirement villages is fast becoming a reality, as construction moves full steam ahead on Stage One at Fairway.
In a big construction milestone for the project, all piers for the retirement village and new Pacific Golf Clubhouse basement have now been completed, while the majority of excavation and spoil removal has been finalised.
The concrete slabs for the first building within Fairway, which will house 52 apartments and Penthouse residences, are in the various stages of preparedness with basement level four now poured and blockwork for the building’s exterior walls officially commencing.
Stage One of the project also includes upgrades to the facilities including a new restaurant and café, 18-hole putt putt course, driving range, golf simulator complex and more.
Significant work has been made on the footings and columns for the new Clubhouse with only a few still to be constructed before preparations begin for the suspended slab.
Once complete, Fairway Carindale will feature a total of 191 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including the opulent penthouse collection, overlooking more than 50 hectares of green open space.
Luxury kitchens, open plan living, stunning views, high quality finishes and generous storage are all standard while some apartments will also feature large wrap-around balconies, a butler’s pantry, media room and study.
