Final touches to Fairway in 2022, end year on a high


It’s been a big year of transformation for one of Brisbane’s most exclusive and luxurious golf-side communities, achieving some significant development milestones in the past few months.

With the festive season in full swing, it’s been a hive of activity onsite with the clubhouse carpark approaching completion. The services fit out have now been completed with the final touches such as line marking to be finalised in the new year.

Progress on the residential development has risen to new heights, with the apartment levels for both buildings 1 and 2 now well underway and the blockwork for both towers starting to take shape.

Set amongst the rolling greens of the golf course, the location of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments, including penthouse and sub-penthouse residents are being built to maximise the expansive views across the golf course or surrounding green spaces.

Teeing off to an impressive start, the golf course works are progressing well with survey and earthworks now commencing.
