Flying start for construction of Fairway Carindale
Construction of Brisbane’s most exclusive golf-side retirement community is off to a flying start, with four separate work fronts concurrently under way.

Digging deep to lay a strong foundation for the future, clearing the site of ancillary structures has started, enabling piling to commence.
As part of these exciting works, major services relocations are currently underway to ensure the existing golf clubhouse remains operational throughout the construction phase.
On the clubhouse frontage, ancillary buildings and practice facilities are being removed in preparation for a temporary car park.
The next phase will see the excavation of the clubhouse basement. Once completed the new facilities will include a restaurant, café and bar, a putt-putt course, golf simulator, new practice facilities, upgrades to par 3 course, and new driving range and improved parking.
A new golf clubhouse will also ensure the future financial viability of Pacific Golf Club and retain around 50 hectares of green open space.
Once complete, Fairway Carindale will feature a total of 191 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including the opulent penthouse collection, with expansive views across the golf course and surrounding green spaces.
