Work continues on Carindale’s new golf hotspot
Works on Fairway Carindale’s new Clubhouse are continuing to grow.
Works at Fairway Carindale are progressing as maintenance, design, and construction of both the natural and physically built environments continue to take place.
Civil works and piling are currently being focused on the basement levels of the new Clubhouse and Retirement Village, as major service relocations continue to take place, so the existing Clubhouse remains operational.
Earth from both basements has been delivered to the golf course, where it will be used for the new facilities, including the driving range and 18-hole putt putt course.
Meanwhile, the Clubhouse’s temporary carpark is near completion, with the excavation of the Clubhouse to commence shortly after.
External service connections, including water and power to operate the luxury community, are also underway for both the Clubhouse and the retirement village.
Once complete, Fairway Carindale will feature a total of 191 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including the opulent penthouse collection, overlooking 53 hectares of green open space.
Luxury kitchens, open plan living, stunning views, high quality finishes and generous storage are all standard while some apartments will also feature large wrap-around balconies, a butler’s pantry, media room and study.
