A new year for transformation at Fairway Carindale
Onwards and upwards in 2023, as Fairway Carindale continues to take shape. Let's take a look at what’s been happening on-site.
In the first two months of 2023, Fairway Carindale has continued to transform right before our very eyes, with excitement building amongst our future residents who are already imagining their new life in the luxury community.
In a big construction milestone, the Clubhouse carpark has now been completed, with the top level open for parking. The basement level is scheduled to open at the end of the month.
In exciting developments, construction has now commenced on the much-anticipated main Clubhouse. The majority of civil works are complete and works on the putt putt course have also begun.
Once complete, the state-of-the-art facility will feature a restaurant, café, bars and gaming room, a putt putt course, virtual reality indoor gold facility, new practice facilities, upgrades to the par three and a new driving range.
Across at the retirement community, Tower 1 and Tower 2 only have a few levels of structure left to complete. Internal fit out works have now commenced.
Offering retirement living with a difference, residences on offer include a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, plus premium penthouses. Most apartments feature expansive views from the master bedroom, living spaces, kitchen and balcony and some include a butler’s pantry, media room or study.
Fairway is a unique golf-side community built alongside Pacific Golf Club’s 53-hectare championship course.
