Making the choice on where to retire is a huge step, so we had a chat with Geoff to uncover more about the buying process and what support is offered to help make your decision a little easier.
Can you tell us a bit about the lifestyle that will be on offer at Fairway?

What’s the process of buying here at Fairway?
“We have a comprehensive sales suite located on site at Fairway. This enables potential purchasers to really understand our vision and what Reside Communities are creating here at Pacific Golf Course.
With a choice of one, two, two plus study, three bedroom and penthouses options, there is a wide range to choose from here at Fairway.
It’s my role to help the buyer select the best option based on the criteria they provide. Once you have selected an apartment at Fairway and you’re wanting to secure it, it’s simple. The deposit is fully refundable should you change your mind, up until a few weeks prior to settlement.”
What if I have questions along the way? What support is offered?
“After securing an apartment at Fairway, we totally expect and encourage questions while construction is happening. It’s usual for me to meet with buyers twice, or three times, after our first meeting, to go over the process and answer any new questions they may have. When the time comes, we’re also here to help with the sale of your existing home. We offer advice on de-cluttering, downsizing and we can also help with selecting an agent if you require it.”
What are you most looking forward to once Fairway is complete?
“It’s not just about selling apartments. We’re creating a new community at Fairway for like-minded people, who are all looking to enjoy a similar lifestyle.
