Fairway construction in full swing
Fairway has reached a new construction milestone this month as roof installations on all buildings are now complete!
With the roofs on, it’s now time for internal fit out with Building 1 leading the charge. Painting is progressing well through the remaining levels and fit-off is now complete for three levels in the building.
For Building 2, fit out has commenced and it’s great to see the work underway. This month, we expect to see fit out continue as work progresses up the building. External tiling is coming along nicely with the majority of balcony tiles now installed.
Over at the golf Clubhouse, it’s all hands-on-deck as parts of the commercial kitchen are installed following the fitting of the range hoods last week. In the lower level of the Clubhouse, tiling and fit off has commenced and all walls are now sheeted with glazing complete also.
While on the green, the posts for the driving range nets have been installed and the nets will soon follow. Landscaping on the putt putt course is now complete and it won’t be too long before future residents can try the course out for themselves.
While we mark off another construction milestone, it’s been amazing to see our exclusive golf-side community take shape and our vision unfold.
