Fairway reaches new heights in construction
Construction at Fairway Carindale has reached new heights with work on the roof structure now underway.
This major construction milestone marks the completion of the structural phase for Tower 1 and Tower 2, signalling excellent progress.
It has been a good month for construction at Fairway as our future residents look on with eager eyes while the building develops.
Already, all concrete pours in Tower 1 and 2 are now complete, and the first kitchens and other pieces of joinery will arrive on site next week.
The internal fit outs for both towers are continuing to progress well, with tiling, painting and flooring now complete in the lower level apartments.
Over at the Clubhouse, the walls are now being installed and the structural steel has arrived. This will then be installed over the next couple of weeks.
Once construction is complete and the finishing touches made, Fairway Carindale will feature a total of 177 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments and a selection of high-end penthouses.
