Ivy & Aster update
We are pleased to provide a construction update for Ivy and Aster in Stage 1 of Fairway.
The Ivy and Aster structures are now up to level 6 with work on the roofing now commenced. Windows and doors have been installed on over half the levels, and services have been roughed-in and internal sheeting is well underway. Tiling and painting have commenced in the lower-level apartments and will progress to the upper levels over the next coming months.
External works have progressed greatly with rendering and painting of the façades nearing completion. This will allow the external building scaffolding to be removed once the roofing is installed. Work on the landscaping and pathways will commence once this building scaffolding has been removed.
The walls on the new Pacific Golf Club Clubhouse are currently being installed, with work on the roof and internal fit out to commence over the coming weeks.
Our next exciting major milestone will be the topping out of the buildings, which is expected later next month.
