New clubhouse roofing commenced and apartment exteriors revealed!
It won’t be long before future Fairway residents will be grabbing their golf clubs and enjoying a swing!
With landscaping on the putt putt course being carried out this month, and the structure for the beer garden pergola also installed this month, it’s exciting to see the vision for our golf-side community start coming to life.
But it’s not just on the course, the Clubhouse roof is also being fitted this month with the install now up to roof sheets. Services are being roughed in and wall sheeting is progressing in the lower levels also.
Meanwhile, over at the retirement community, the roof has been installed on Building 1 and sheeting for Building 2 is in progress.
The first of the scaffolding is being removed on the golf course side of Building 1 with the remainder to be removed over the coming weeks.
It’s exciting times as all apartments are now sheeted, and painting is progressing from the bottom floors up. Several levels of tiling have been completed and joinery installation is well underway.
It won’t be long before future residents begin to call Fairway home.
