Putters at the ready!
We’ve kicked off 2023 with a bang at Fairway Carindale as our luxury retirement community continues to transform and construction moves full steam ahead this month.
Now is a good time to practice your putting! The mini golf course is starting to take shape thanks to installation of the artificial turf which is now completed.
Construction on the Clubhouse car park is also in the final stages and will be open in the coming weeks. These carpark works have added additional spaces for Club members and guests, totaling 257 parks.
In exciting developments, construction works on the main Clubhouse are progressing well with the first of the suspended slabs now poured. Over the next couple of weeks, further suspended slabs will be poured and the extent of the footprint will soon be visible.
Once complete, the state-of-the-art Clubhouse will feature a restaurant, café, bars and gaming room, virtual reality indoor golf facility, and the grounds will boast new practice facilities, upgrades to the par three and a new driving range.
Across at the retirement community, Tower 1 internal fit out is coming to life with two levels of sheeting now complete, as glass continues to arrive for both towers. Over the next few weeks the slab for Tower 2 will also be progressively poured.
Offering retirement living with a difference, residences on offer include a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, plus premium penthouses. Most apartments feature expansive views from the master bedroom, living spaces, kitchen and balcony and some include a butler’s pantry, media room or study.
