Construction enters key structural and finishing stages
Momentum is building across the towers
Construction at Fairway Carindale continues to advance across Towers 3, 4 and 5, with steady progress being made as the development moves through key structural and finishing stages.
Within Tower 3, works are now well progressed, with internal fit-out nearing completion across several levels. Joinery installation is almost complete on Level 1, while tiling works are underway on Level 2. Upper levels continue to progress, with internal framing complete and services installation ongoing. Common areas are also taking shape, with joinery currently being manufactured ahead of upcoming tiling works. Externally, scaffold removal is scheduled to commence shortly, which will begin to reveal more of the building’s finished façade.
Tower 4 is progressing through both finishing and structural phases. Lower basement and ground levels are nearing completion, with flooring installed and joinery and internal fit-off works well advanced. On upper levels, construction continues to move upward, with sheeting complete on Level 1 and internal works preparing to commence, while Level 2 framing and wall installation are underway. At the top of the building, roof trusses are nearing completion, with roofing works to follow, marking a significant milestone in the structure taking shape.
Construction momentum is also building in Tower 5, where works are progressing through the early structural stages. Waterproofing has commenced on the lower level, while plumbing and electrical rough-in works are underway on Level 1. Preparation for the next stage of vertical construction continues, with a slab pour scheduled shortly, subject to weather conditions.
Across the site, construction activity remains strong, with multiple trades working concurrently as each tower progresses through its respective phases. These milestones represent important steps forward as Fairway Carindale continues to evolve into a well-established community.
