Full steam ahead as we inch closer to the finish line
Completion of Stage 2 is in sight
Construction continues to progress across Fairway Carindale, with Towers 3, 4 and 5 moving closer to completion and significant activity underway across the community’s shared spaces.
Across the community areas, flooring installation is now underway and expected to be completed in coming weeks, while appliances are progressively being installed across the facilities. Work is also continuing around the pool area, where painting is underway and acoustic panelling is scheduled to commence.
Meanwhile, landscaping is progressing throughout the community, while artwork is currently being sourced to provide the finishing touches to the new shared spaces.
With scaffolding now removed from Towers 3 and 4, the buildings’ façades have been revealed and the impressive views from the community centre level can now be fully appreciated.
In Tower 3, defect rectification is progressing through the upper levels and common areas as the tower moves closer to completion. The display suite fit-out is also now complete, allowing the sales team to welcome prospective residents and showcase the quality of the new residences and lifestyle on offer.
In Tower 4, joinery and appliance installation is being finalised on the upper level. Once these works are complete, detailed defect inspections will commence to identify and address any outstanding items ahead of completion.
In addition, Tower 5 has reached another visible milestone, with joinery and stone finishes now complete on the top level and flooring installation to follow. External scaffolding has also started to come down, progressively revealing the tower’s completed façade.
With finishing works advancing across the towers and community facilities, the latest progress is providing an exciting glimpse of how Fairway’s newest stage will come together.
