Industry leaders tour Fairway Carindale as Stage Two construction advances
Behind the scenes insights into the vision driving our exceptional lifestyle offering
Fairway Carindale has welcomed representatives from across the retirement living sector for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour, offering a firsthand look at Stage Two construction and the lifestyle facilities quickly taking shape.
Hosted by Reside Communities Chief Operating Officer Craig Syphers the Property Council of Australia’s Retirement Living Council tour provided industry guests with the opportunity to explore the project’s progress and gain insight into the vision driving one of Brisbane’s most sought-after retirement communities.
The tour included a preview of the future Greenside Clubhouse. Spanning 2,000sqm, this new lifestyle hub is designed to become the social heart of the community when it opens alongside Stage Two apartments later this year.

Featuring single-level access and seamless pedestrian connections throughout, Greenside will include a hotel-style reception and concierge desk, heated indoor pool, senior-specific gym, library, salon, cafe, consulting rooms, outdoor dining spaces and expansive resident lounges overlooking the ninth fairway of Pacific Golf Club.
Visitors also got a first look at one of our Stage Two apartments currently under construction, with builder FDC confirming works remain ahead of schedule. The first phase of Stage Two is tracking for completion in September 2026, with the final phase expected to follow in October.
Mr Syphers said the tour provided an opportunity to showcase not only the physical progress of the project but also the lifestyle vision that underpins Fairway Carindale.
“Fairway Carindale has always been about creating an exceptional lifestyle in a location that residents already know and love,” he said.
“Seeing industry leaders walk through the community and experience the scale of what is being delivered reinforces just how unique this offering is within the Brisbane market.”
Mr Syphers said the decision to deliver the Greenside Clubhouse in tandem with Stage Two was a key part of the project’s appeal.
“Importantly, new residents moving into Stage Two will be able to enjoy the full lifestyle offering from day one, without the disruption of major construction continuing around them,” he said.
“Greenside has been carefully designed to encourage connection, wellbeing and convenience, while making the most of its stunning golf course outlook.”
The tour comes as demand for Fairway Carindale continues to remain strong, with Stage One now completely sold out and fully occupied. Less than one third of the final Stage Two release remains available.

Mr Syphers said the level of buyer interest reflected a growing desire among retirees to secure high-quality homes in established, well-connected locations.
“People are increasingly looking for communities that offer more than just a beautiful apartment,” he said.
“They want lifestyle, connection, security and access to premium facilities, and that’s exactly what Fairway Carindale has been designed to deliver.”
It’s exciting to see Fairway Carindale rapidly approaching its next major milestone as it prepares to welcome its newest residents later this year.
