More than 100 guests flock to an exclusive first look at five-star Greenside Clubhouse at Fairway Carindale
New digital tour enables visitors to experience our community even before the new amenities open
More than 100 potential future residents and guests gathered for an exclusive preview of the new Greenside Clubhouse at Fairway Carindale, offering the first detailed look at the community’s highly anticipated five-star lifestyle precinct.
Hosted by award-winning journalist and Reside Communities Ambassador Kay McGrath, the special event at the Pacific Golf Club took attendees on an immersive journey through the vision, design and lifestyle behind the new clubhouse, which will become the social heart of our golf-side retirement community.
With the site currently an active construction zone, guests experienced the clubhouse through an interactive 3D digital tour, allowing them to virtually walk through the future spaces before construction is complete.

Reside Communities CEO Glen Brown said the technology gave future residents a unique opportunity to experience the lifestyle on offer long before the doors officially open.
He said: “Greenside is much more than a clubhouse. It has been designed as the social and architectural heart of the community. It’s a place where residents can connect, stay active, entertain family and friends, and enjoy the lifestyle they have worked hard for.
“The digital tour allows people to step inside that vision and experience these spaces in a way that simply isn’t possible through plans or renderings alone.”

Spanning more than 2,000sqm, Greenside has been designed with single-level access and seamless pedestrian connections throughout. Planned features include a hotel-style reception and concierge desk, heated indoor pool, senior-specific gym, library, salon, consulting rooms, outdoor dining spaces, café, residents bar and expansive lounges overlooking the ninth fairway of Pacific Golf Club.
During the event, guests also heard from a panel of project specialists including Reside Communities Chief Operating Officer Craig Syphers, FDC Construction Manager Bruce Vivers and Five Good Friends Partnerships Director Samantha Carson, who provided insights into construction progress, resident wellbeing and future support services.
Mr Brown said the strong attendance reflected growing demand for Fairway Carindale, with Stage One now completely sold out and fully occupied and less than one third of the final Stage Two release remaining.
“People are responding strongly to the opportunity to enjoy premium retirement living within an established golf course setting, while knowing they will move into a community where the facilities are fully operational from day one,” he said.

FDC confirmed construction is currently ahead of schedule, with the first phase of Stage Two tracking for completion in September 2026 and the final phase expected to follow in October 2026.
Importantly, the Greenside Clubhouse will open in unison with Stage Two, ensuring new residents can immediately enjoy the community’s full lifestyle offering without ongoing major construction activity.
For those who missed the event, the interactive digital tour is now available at the Fairway Carindale Sales Suite, allowing prospective residents to experience Greenside for themselves and explore the future of retirement living at Fairway Carindale.
