Strong momentum as work advances on Stage 2
Full steam ahead as work continues on site
Construction across Stage 2 at Fairway Carindale continues to progress steadily, with works advancing across Towers 3, 4 and 5. Multiple trades are currently working across different levels of the development to keep the project moving forward.
Within Tower 3, works are progressing across both basement and upper levels. Flooring installation is underway in Basement Level B2, while wall framing and essential services are being installed within the common areas in preparation for internal finishes. On the ground floor, tiling and joinery installation are underway, while Level 1 sheeting and plaster setting works are preparing walls and ceilings for painting. Level 2 has entered the set-out stage, with party wall construction to follow shortly, while roof trusses are currently being installed on Level 3 as the tower nears full structural height.
Construction at Tower 4 is also progressing well, with structural and internal works occurring simultaneously. Flooring works are underway on Basement Level B2, while carpentry and rendering works are progressing on Basement Level B1. At ground level, apartment framing has commenced, defining the layout of future homes. Plumbing installations are underway on Level 1, while formwork for the Level 2 slab is nearing completion ahead of reinforcement works and the upcoming concrete pour.

Tower 5 continues to advance, with structural progress becoming increasingly visible. Scaffolding has recently been raised on Level 1 to allow works to continue safely at height, with block laying scheduled to commence this week followed by formwork works next week. On the ground floor, formwork has now been removed following the recent concrete pour, revealing the completed structural elements.
Overall, Stage 2 is progressing well, with multiple trades working across the site to maintain strong momentum.
