Residents of the future Fairway community jumped at the chance to share some Christmas cheer as they mingled over canapes and beverages at picturesque Pacific Golf Club.
The venue will soon be a familiar sight for residents who can look forward to stunning views from their apartments located alongside the scenic ninth fairway.
This event hosted by Reside Communities was the first opportunity for residents to connect with their new neighbours and form the bonds of friendship that will last long into their retirement years. A few lucky guests even won a selection of prizes including a Christmas hamper and bottles of wine.
The invited guests were joined by Reside Communities Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Glen Brown, along with Chief Operations Officer (COO), Craig Syphers, and Fairway Sales Manager, Geoff Henderson. The Reside team is excited to host more VIP events for the Fairway community in 2022.
The Board of Pacific Gold Club were also in attendance along with many club members that have already chosen to secure a retirement residence alongside their favourite course.
The unique golf-side retirement lifestyle on offer at Fairway Carindale is proving very popular, with 60% of apartments in the first stage already snapped up by eager retirees since the community was launched less than three months ago.
