The Fairway Carindale team are eagerly working to create the exclusive, golf-side community for future residents, as a tower crane recently assembled on-site is allowing for further building works.
Keen to see the vision of Fairway Carindale come to fruition, workers have readily resumed civil works and piling in the basement levels of the modernized Clubhouse and Retirement Village.
A large stockpile consisting of 6,000m³ of earth from both basements has also been delivered to the golf course, where it will be used for the new facilities, including the driving range and 18-hole putt putt course.
As developmental works continue on the community surrounded by pristine natural beauty and rolling vistas, major service relocations continue to take place, so the existing Clubhouse remains operational.
Additionally, to offer future residents privacy and security, the border around the welcoming community – set within a natural environment and overlooking the iconic golf course – is evolving.
Once complete, Fairway Carindale will feature a total of 191 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including the opulent penthouse collection, overlooking 53 hectares of green open space.
Luxury kitchens, open plan living, stunning views, high quality finishes and generous storage are all standard while some apartments will also feature large wrap-around balconies, a butler’s pantry, media room and study.
