Fairway’s first stage, Ivy and Aster, nears completion in the coming months
It won’t be long before Fairway’s first residents will be ready to move into their new home!
The first stage of the Fairway golf-side community is set to welcome its first residents in early 2024 as construction reaches the finish line.
With the tower crane and scaffolding now removed from Ivy and Aster, the last external works are now being completed.
The internal fit-out in the apartments is progressing well with almost all tiling complete. Flooring and kitchens will follow.
Excitingly, a handful of levels are now complete with final checks occurring in the next few weeks.
Over at the golf club, the Clubhouse basement car park is now open for eager golfers looking to take a swing. The new driveway is also nearing completion. With finishing touches now done to landscaping on the putt putt course, it’s ready to be enjoyed.
The external painting in the Clubhouse is close to completion and scaffolding has been removed too.
Floors and carpet have been installed in the Clubhouse’s lower level with painting works almost finished. On the upper levels, the ceiling and walls are being sheeted and the remaining kitchen equipment is underway.
It’s an exciting final few month as construction on Fairway’s first stage approaches completion and residents get ready to begin their next chapter.
