Construction well underway as Stage 2 of Fairway comes to life
Exciting times onsite as our community continues to grow
Construction of Stage 2 at Fairway Carindale is now well underway, with plenty happening onsite over the past month.
Recent weeks have brought several key milestones, including:
Ground floor slab underway
Work has commenced on the ground floor slab, which lays the foundation for the buildings above and marks a significant phase in the project’s construction timeline.
Tower 3 advancing steadily
Progress continues on Tower 3, where block wall and column installations are now complete. The team is currently preparing for the basement slab, with formwork and steel reinforcement well advanced. Weather permitting, the first concrete pour is anticipated for mid-July.
Tower 4 foundations in place
In Tower 4, the footings have been poured and the lift pit has been successfully excavated. We’re now gearing up to begin slab pours in mid-July, pending favourable weather conditions.
Following a productive month, the vision for Stage 2 is coming to life with each passing week.
Stage 2 features 76 new premier apartments and residences across three low-rise buildings and follows the success of the first stage, which opened in early 2024, complete with 52 stunning apartments and penthouses.
It also includes an impressive suite of new wellness and lifestyle amenities, including a heated pool, fully equipped gym with space for yoga and pilates, outdoor dining and entertainment areas, barbecue facilities, and a recreational platform overlooking the award-winning Pacific Golf Club. This is in addition to Stage 1’s onsite entertainment featuring a cinema, library, and snooker lounge areas.
Residents also enjoy access to the golf club’s facilities, including a virtual reality golf simulator, 18-hole mini-golf course, newly revamped restaurant, bars, and a café. There is also an onsite entertainment featuring a cinema, library, and snooker lounge areas.
