We’re pleased to share that the newly finalised club floorplan for Fairway Carindale is now available to view.
The detailed plan provides a closer look at the thoughtfully designed facilities that will sit at the heart of our community. From wellness spaces and pools to dining areas, lounges and outdoor terraces, it offers future residents the opportunity to explore how each space connects and flows, and to picture the lifestyle that awaits.
Reside Communities Chief Operating Officer Craig Syphers said the release of the floorplan marked an exciting step forward.
“The resident club is the social and wellbeing hub of our community,” he said.
“Making the floorplan available allows our current and future residents to really understand the scale, layout and amenity on offer, and to see how carefully the space has been designed to support connection, activity and relaxation.”
The update comes as Stage 2 construction powers ahead, with Towers 3, 4 and 5 all taking shape. Finishing touches are underway in Tower 3, interiors are coming to life in Tower 4, and Tower 5’s structure is steadily emerging with each milestone bringing the next chapter of the community closer.
