New pool takes shape as Fairway Carindale moves closer to completion
Exciting work happening on site as we get ready to welcome new residents
A major new lifestyle amenity is taking shape at Fairway Carindale, with rendering of the swimming pool now complete and tiling set to begin soon.
The latest milestone comes as construction continues to advance, with buildings, shared spaces and outdoor areas moving through the final stages of works.
All scaffolding has now been removed from the three buildings, revealing their completed exterior appearance, while construction of the podium walkway is underway. The walkway will provide connections between the buildings and shared community spaces.
Inside, the common areas are nearing completion, with final works including feature lighting, audio visual elements, furniture and artwork continuing.
Significant progress has also been made across the community’s outdoor spaces. Landscaping is largely complete, with only minor finishing works remaining, while decking has been installed and the new golf course access gate is now in place.
Finishing works are continuing across the residential towers. In Towers 3 and 4, defect inspections and rectification works are underway ahead of final completion.
In Tower 5, carpet installation and final finishing works are progressing on the upper levels, while defect inspections and rectification works are underway on the lower floors.
With the pool progressing towards tiling, landscaping largely complete and finishing works advancing across the buildings, we are moving closer to welcoming new residents.
