Vision of Fairway being brought to life
It’s hard to miss the exciting progress taking place at Fairway Carindale as recent construction works show the new clubhouse starting to take shape.
In a big construction milestone, excavation for the car parking basement is now complete and all the ground slabs have been poured.
The suspended slab is almost complete with the final columns and external wall blockwork being prepared in the next couple of weeks. This will allow for the completion of the slab.
The ground slab in B4 is complete as well as the majority of blockwork. The B3 ground slab is scheduled to be poured in the next week, which will allow for the formwork to commence in B2 and B1.
Once complete, Fairway Carindale will feature a total of 191 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including the opulent penthouse collection, overlooking more than 50 hectares of green open space.
Luxury kitchens, open plan living, stunning views, high quality finishes and generous storage are all standard while some apartments will also feature large wrap-around balconies, a butler’s pantry, media room and study.
