Kitchens equipped and Clubhouse almost complete
It won’t be too long before future Fairway residents will be moving in and cooking up a storm in their new homes, with the lower-level apartments now being kitted out with kitchens.
Kitchen wiring will be carried out this month as the modern, oak-look cabinets are added and flooring has also been placed in the lower apartments.
Meanwhile, the roof sheets are being installed on Tower 1 and the roof structure for Tower 2 is nearing completion. Once the roof install is complete, the scaffolding will be removed. An external render and glass balustrades have been installed, making it a swift removal for the scaffolding once it’s ready to be removed.
Future residents will also be pleased to hear that the Clubhouse structure is almost complete too, with the remainder of the steel to be installed this month. Internal fit out has commenced in the lower levels with glazing and sheeting well underway.
Once complete, residents will be able to enjoy the expansive views of the Pacific Golf Club and enjoy their modern, low-maintenance apartments.
