Putt putt complete as construction swings along
As the cooler months kick into gear, construction is well under way at Fairway Carindale, with our future residents looking on with excitement at the latest developments in retirement living.
The new state-of-the-art Clubhouse is taking shape with the concrete pours now complete and frames beginning to arrive onsite to be installed later this month. Once complete, Fairway residents will be able to enjoy a range of facilities within the Clubhouse, including a restaurant, café, bars and a gaming room.
In good news for golfers, Pacific Golf Club’s 18-hole putt putt course is now complete! Final landscaping will be added to spruce up and add that final touch to the mini golf course, while the upgrades for the main golf course will be seen in the coming months, so stay tuned.
As for the retirement community, construction has been busy! The internal fit out for buildings 1 and 2 is progressing well as several levels of sheeting are now complete. Tiling has commenced in the lower levels of building 1, which is great to see too. The final slab for building 2 will be poured this month and the roof structure for building 1 will be complete by the end of the month.
Once complete, Fairway Carindale will feature a total of 191 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including a deluxe Penthouse collection, with expansive balconies overlooking more than 50 hectares of wide-open space.
