More than 200 prospective residents and their families were treated to a special VIP tour of Fairway Carindale.
The inaugural Fairway Carindale Open Day was a great opportunity for visitors to experience the golf-side retirement living on offer in one southeast Brisbane’s most prestigious suburbs.
Open Day visitors toured the display apartments and enjoyed light refreshments while meeting with members of the Reside Communities team and Fairway residents.
Fairway offers a stunning collection of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, including penthouse and sub-penthouse residences.
Set among the rolling greens of the Pacific Golf Club, and with unparalleled access to the facilities, the residences are thoughtfully oriented to maximise the expansive views.
In addition to the golf course, there will be plenty of other facilities to inspire an active and social lifestyle, including a gym, heated pool, cinema, cafe, hair and beauty salon, and function spaces.
Reside Communities CEO Glen Brown said he was delighted with the incredible turnout at the first Fairway Carindale Open Day, which illustrated the level of community interest in new retirement living opportunities in Brisbane.

Fairway Carindale’s first stage, dubbed Ivy & Aster, features 52 luxury apartments alongside a new restaurant, bar and café for the golf club, a virtual reality golf simulator, 18-hole putt putt course and market-leading practice facilities.
The new community is repurposing 1.5 hectares of the club’s open space while retaining its much-loved and tranquil bushland environment – a favourite destination for golfers for the past 60 years.
