Excellent progress on site as Stage 2 comes to life
Construction teams are hard at work on the next stage of our community
It’s been an exciting month at Fairway Carindale, with plenty of progress across the site.
Construction on Tower 3 is moving along well, with several important milestones reached. The top floor concrete pour is scheduled for December, marking an important step in the building’s progress.
Work on the communal areas is also advancing, with glazing now underway. Internal sheeting will soon follow, and framing is nearly complete.
Our prototype unit is also set to be finished soon. Once complete, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure all finishes and workmanship meet our high standards before we move on to the remaining units. Villa joinery installation is also underway, alongside the fitting of glass balustrades, which will continue over the coming weeks.
Construction on Tower 4 is progressing steadily. Concrete works are currently focused on pouring columns between Level 1 and Level 2, following the successful completion of the Level 1 slab earlier this month. Villa joinery and glass balustrade installations have also started, bringing the building closer to completion.
Early-stage works on Tower 5 are progressing as planned. The block wall structure between Level 0 and Level 1 has now been completed, and preparation is underway for the final slab on ground pour. In-ground services have been installed and columns completed, setting the stage for the next phase of work.
We remain committed to keeping construction disruption to a minimum and ensuring the site is safe for everyone. We’ll continue to provide regular updates as work progresses into the new year.
