Excitement for Stage 2 builds at Fairway Carindale Future Residents Event
Future buyers at Fairway Carindale have been given an exclusive look at the progress in Stage 2.
Fairway Carindale welcomed dozens of future residents to an exclusive buyers event, offering a close look at construction progress and a taste of the lifestyle that awaits once they call the community home.
Excitement was high with Christmas gifts on arrival before guests settled in for drinks and canapés. The afternoon gave future residents the opportunity to meet soon-to-be neighbours, reconnect with village staff and take in the atmosphere of what is already a happy, connected community.
An exclusive screening of a new construction update provided an overview of the three boutique buildings now underway in Stage 2. This was followed by speeches from Reside Communities CEO Glen Brown, Sales Manager James Christensen, and Village Manager Bronwyn O’Brien, each outlining the latest progress and what daily life will look like once residents move in.
Held on the balcony of the Pacific Golf Club, the event took advantage of the panoramic outlook. Guests stepped outside to watch the sunset and view the construction progress for themselves. This was an opportunity for future residents to see where they will soon be living, along with the golf course views they will get to enjoy every day.
Stage 1 of Fairway Carindale is now complete and sold out, with residents settled into the Ivy and Aster buildings and already embracing the lifestyle on offer. Morning walks, clubhouse catch-ups and an active social calendar have quickly become part of daily life, with many Stage 1 residents encouraging friends to make the move into Stage 2.
